Porch light, in and out
A customer was tired of cleaning dead bugs off an old porch light. Dave swapped it for a practical modern fitting in under thirty minutes.
Rotten wood, all new
A small section where the old wood had rotted through. Before, during and after, the rotted timber came out and all new wood went in.
Water heater swap
Old heater out, brand new one in, and a new shut off valve added while the system was open. Tankless installs are on the list too.
Drywall, out with the damaged
Mold damaged drywall torn out, fresh board fitted and finished, then painted like it never happened.
Fresh paint, start to finish
Garages and rooms repainted, with repairs handled first so the finish sits on sound surfaces.
